Design and construction of custom interior fittings is one of our core competencies.
Due to our own longtime experiences in travelling offroad we are able to provide you with practical, appropriate and sensible support to create and realise a custom design to suit your individual needs. If you like it, also with effective thermal insulation! In the course of time approved layouts have been created and we would like to present them to you.
Interior fitting for a 4×4-expedition vehicle has to be as rugged as possible. Although we try to avoid each kilogramm of additional weight to be carried by your car.
Hence we use plastic-coated 7 mm-birch-plywood and glench and glue it into stiff and robust aluminium profiles (orig. “Casemaker”) to create the interior. The complete interior fitting is attached to a 13 mm-Carplex (phenolic resin coated plywood) base plate, which is bolted to the car body. This procedure causes minimum weight and maximum stability!
Trust our professionals and avoid pouring your money down the drain. More than few “Do-It-Yourself”-interiors failed and ended as rather expensive firewood in the evening campfires…
